How we calculate
Every formula GulfDues uses, in plain words, with the article of law it follows, so you can check any result yourself.
Every formulaThe law behind itChecked 26 October 2026
Common rules
- A day's wage is the monthly wage ÷ 30 (Kuwait: ÷ 26 by default, as its courts do).
- Service is counted from the joining day to the last working day, both included, minus unpaid leave; years = days ÷ 365.
- Part years count in proportion where the law says so.
- Every result is an estimate: your contract can give more, and the ministry or a court decides a dispute.
- Nothing you type leaves your device, because the calculators run in your browser.
