The rules in short

VAT	No VAT yet
Indemnity	15 days of wage a year for the first 5 years, a month a year after, at most 18 months (Article 51)
On resignation	Nothing under 3 years, half for 3-5, two thirds for 5-10, all from 10 years (Article 53)
Wage used	The last total wage - basic plus regular allowances
